Oaxaca Profundo Sessions

Important Covid-19 Update: The Return of Tourism or Deep Learning?

DISCOVER THE FOODS OF THE GODS

Oaxaca Profundo Sessions is a deep learning organization. We are made up of international food anthropologists, traditional artisans, farmers, and friends passionate about radical hospitality.

Our mission is to honour the place called Oaxaca, by creating and regenerating what we call “radical hospitality. Our vision is not ours, but rightfully of the land, when we honour our place and time. In other words, our work here is to come together – you and us, to see how we can deepen our understanding and commitment to a world where many worlds can coexist and thrive.

We invite you to join us on our local, deep learning experiences. First, we offer a glimpse into the roots of Oaxacan foods and drinks. Next, we invite you to taste the grassroots – the profound history of Mesoamerica. Finally, we invite you to learn interculturally through our sessions.

Check out our sessions and tastings or get in touch with us via email or social media.
